Throwing a bottle - Anticipation

As a group we decided to replicate me throwing a bottle in Adobe Animate. We then slowed the video down so that we could study the movements. The whole point of this activity was to show 'anticipation' before a set of movements. I hope to re-create this cycle in Adobe Animate!

Run and Jump Cycle - Anticipation

As a group we decided to replicate a Run and Jump cycle in Adobe Animate. Ruth, Sam and I filmed each other doing a Run and Jump Cycle and then slowed the video down so that we could study the movements.
