Art of - Front Page Ideas and Intro Page

Here are my front page and intro page ideas. I'm undecided of which one to use? Or perhaps a mixture of two ideas?

The Call - Shot List

This shot list has helped me to see my animation more clearly and I can now see at a glance exactly what is happening in each shot and scene. It is not completed as I wasn't sure how to work out the number of frames for each shot. If someone could help, that would be great! Hopefully you can see the image more clearly when you zoom in but that is as large as I could get it on here.

Layering My Scenes

Since talking with Phil, I am now layering my scenes in Maya to create more interesting shots. Although my animation is 2D that doesn't mean that all my shots need to be flat and just appear in the mid-ground. I am going to create scenes that involve the Mountain King and shapes appearing in the foreground, mid-ground and background.

For my real animation I obviously wont be using just planes for my character and shapes but these are just acting as placeholders as I  continue to experiment in Maya:
