    Hi Jen,

    The feedback I left on your classmate Polly's blog, who has also chosen the fairground city, will relate just as usefully to you; you can read it here:

    The short version is that there's a risk with this city that you're envisioning it as a city with rides in it, whereas I think the truly imaginative approach is to design this half of the city as if the city *is* an amusement park and all the great and 'out there' design work this so implies. You might want to take a look at 'postmodern architecture' and 'postmodern interiors' as related searches because you'll see that 'postmodernism' gives you a lot of playful, improbable examples of architecture and structures, wherein the very fabric of the buildings themselves are 'fun' and playful: so...
