Hi. A couple of things....1) His left foot (toes) should be bent (they are on the ground). That would help give the pose pressure and tension. 2) His spine could be arched more...I know that's not quite in the real figure but in terms of animation is needs a bit of exaggerating. 3) His head looks a little odd..I think the problem is that you've moved the head down instead of lifting the shoulders (clavicles) up.
