Rendering Scenes from my Previs

As I have mainly image planes for most my scenes, using Maya Software to render will be more useful to me. Rendering with Maya Software will help with my scenes because everything in my world is flat. I also don't need any shadows because I'm not trying to create "real life."

Here's an example below. Even Moom (my placeholder character) looks flat and 2D:

@Alan Rendering Tiff, Diffuse Planes

I am having trouble with rendering my scenes as most my objects have a transparent diffuse/tiff textures on them. I've tried looking up tutorials and most have said to turn off 'opaque' in the Arnold drop down menu but this still isn't working for me?

Previs and Art of Progression

This is my unfinished Art of. I need to add my writings and some additional images. I also attach my Previs. This tells my story using Moom instead of the Mountain King.

Part 9: Body Rigging (Left Side View)

With help from my tutor Alan, I have managed to correctly rig my character and create some controls too. When animating the Mountain King these controls will make it easier to select the right joints to move.

Test Run Shot for Pre-vis

I am coming towards the end of my Pre-vis and trying to achieve some more complicated shots by layering my scenes to create more depth. The camera shows the scene flat on at first, it then zooms through the environment and hopefully creating a more interesting to shot.
