The Call - Shot List
This shot list has helped me to see my animation more clearly and I can now see at a glance exactly what is happening in each shot and scene. It is not completed as I wasn't sure how to work out the number of frames for each shot. If someone could help, that would be great! Hopefully you can see the image more clearly when you zoom in but that is as large as I could get it on here.

Hey Jen - you'll need to create a version of your animatic with a time-code burned onto it - you can add a timecode in Premiere (and probably after effects too) - once you've got the timecode, you'll be able to work out the frames.
